By adding or using the Vaporzr Discord bot ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
Vaporzr is an open-source Discord bot that provides music playback, queue management, audio visualization, and DJ sound effects within Discord voice channels. The Bot is provided as-is, free of charge.
If you link a Spotify account, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with Spotify's End User Agreement. Linking a Spotify account is optional. You may unlink at any time by revoking access in the Bot's web panel or through Spotify's account settings.
The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Bot may experience downtime, bugs, or changes in third-party APIs (Spotify, YouTube, Discord) that affect functionality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of Vaporzr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Bot.
We reserve the right to deny service to any user or server at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of abuse, excessive API usage, or violations of these Terms.
Vaporzr is open-source software. Use of the Bot does not grant you any intellectual property rights beyond those provided by the applicable open-source license.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted at this URL. Continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
